File Size	Default GIF/JPG = 40kb max \| Initial flash = 60kb max
Polite Download	Initial file size = 60kb. Total file size = 400kb (without video), 1MB (true video streaming only, progressive download must be on user click).
Animation & Looping	30 seconds maximum. Dark border required.
Expanded Size	600 x 600 maximum. Must expand LEFT only. NB: only third-party vendor tags accepted to run expandable formats, please see list in the PDF below.
Video	If video is longer than 30 seconds and/or larger than 1MB it must be user-initiated. Sound: always user initiated. Non user-initiated video NOT accepted on the main homepage or News homepage.
